  • To improve product quality by ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System at all stages of production,
  • To expand the product range by closely following the technology,
  • To fully and accurately understand the wishes of customers, to evaluate and take optimiser actions,
  • To increase customer satisfaction without sacrificing quality and to maximise it as much as possible by continuous monitoring,
  • To establish quality service awareness with the participation of all management and employees, to ensure the participation of employees in quality improvement activities by creating training programmes and to create a common corporate culture,
  • To always maintain a disciplined working style with clean and well-groomed staff, friendly, polite, caring for the patient,
